Kathy is a children’s fiction author with a degree in magazine journalism from Iowa State University and has worked in corporate marketing/public relations for several Fortune 500 companies. She has written for the McGraw-Hill Companies’ Business Publications Division in NYC and was the Editor in Chief of Women’s Edition magazine in Denver, CO. She is currently a freelance writer/editor and active member of SCBWI. Her first middle grade novel, Tall Tales with Mr. K, is available from Amazon. Her second middle grade novel, Animal Andy, is available in ebook format from Muse It Up Publishing and in print from Amazon. Kathy lives in Omaha, NE, with her husband and two young children (Go Huskers!)
